We start this session with a shoulder injury prevention exercise. Tennis puts a lot of pressure on internal and external rotators so implementing specific exercises into warm up routine is a must for any player who wants to have a successful and long career.
We then look at how we can influence our opponents positions on the court with a mixture of forehand and backhand shots.
We round the session off withan open court volley. The shot is dictated by the coach's movement so the shot should be hit into the open court.
