Hitting the best shot is always about timing, getting a clean connection to leave their opponents stunned. Getting the technique wrong will end up with the ball in the net, or sailing out!
We start by working on your player?s core strength with a sit up exercise, building a key element to your player?s fitness and upper body strength. Work on your player?s footwork and tactical decisions, developing their awareness of when to let a high ball bounce and when to smash first time. Finish off with a couple of cross-court drills, and see your players hitting the ball out of the air with confidence!
