the athlete will require to carry a medicine ball while doing this drill Athletes start at the blue cone the athletes then need to jump over each hurdle, feet there almost hopping once the hurdles are done they need sprint to the red cone the point for this is the first three strides after the hurdles they are the strides that will get the speed up.
