
cones are played with around 2 meters from the cone next to them and 8 meters from the cones across them. Player line up equally behind the 6 cones. players are to just run or job the ball to the other side, passing the ball backwards. once they reach the other side they change cones, so instead of being ing the middle they go to one of the outside cones.
Watching for hands, if they go forward or backwards. watching the payers run on to the ball, and going deep, watching that the transfer of the nall is smooth and quick and hands are up when ready to catch the ball.
