
All participants will stand around coach while reciving instructions.The coach will give each group thier exercises that they need to do in a small period of time (1:30 minutes).All the people in the group will compete with others in thier group to see who can do the most.The person who gets the most gets an extra 10 seconds rest which will give all the others an insight to win as they want a longer rest.The coach will make sure that he is giving all the participants lots of encouragement to make sure they keep trying to do better each time.
