This game is an invasion game called capture the flag, they have to get the ball from the opponents area and take it into their area but if they get tagged in the apponents area they have to drop the ball. They're not allowed to get tagged in their own area but only in the oppenents area.
This game focuses on communication, agility and also focuses on speed.
