DESCRIPTION

there is one person in the middle and that person need to get the ball off the guy on the out side and if they do the guys on the out side need to swap wit the guy in the middle and every time you get 10 passes the person needs to do 5 push ups

COACHING POINTS

one person in the middle one ball atleast 5 people keep the ball off the guy in the middle if the guy in the middle mins it he swaps with the guy that lost it
