
1. For young ones, get them to extend their arms and place the ball into their hands to tuck in. Make sure their arms are low enough to not hit their face. They need to get the feel of the skill. 2. Extend to a catch from a short distance. 3. Extend the distance further. 4. Toss ball higher 5. Kick ball to player 6. Give challenges to players to catch the ball with a chest mark.
1. Eyes on the ball 2. Body in lne with the ball 3. Extend fingers out (and down) 4. Tuck elbows into side 5. Once you feel the ball stuck to tuck the ball into the chest and hunch shoulders forward.
