Blue starts with the ball and rolls it toward Red and follows the ball. Red puts pressure on with tackling bag while blue attempts to pick up the ball. Once blue gets hands on ball, a handpass is given to Yellow who is running wide and toward goal. Yellow finishes with a shot on goal.
Blue should try to keep their feet while picking up the ball. Pick to pass should be in one motion whilst also protecting the body from the tackler.
