
Very simple warm up drill. 1) Players handpass to player at opposite cone and run through to where they pass. 2) Receiving player to lead up and ball carrier. 3) After a few minutes can lengthen to kicks. 4) To increase Cardiovascualr demands have lots of cones and only 2-3 players at each. Will require players to go as soon as they get to marker.
1) WARM UP 2) Skill development with no pressure. 3) Good for people brand new to AFL skills. 4) Set the markers out so they can act as sqaures for handball pressure drills to save transition time.
