Midfielders start at fullback and need to win ball at contest against two players. When they win the ball need to run and spread and hit leading player A who has player B providing pressure. Midfielders continute to run to where player A has marked the ball. Player A rolls the ball and both Player A and Player B must contest against the 4 midfielders. Midfielders win the ball and kick to leading player C who has player D providing pressure. Midfielders run to Player C and receive handball and kick to Player E who leads from goal square with Player F defending. Another group starts from the other end and works their way along the other wing.
