oppostie sides leave att he same time - timing is key! both look for a feed pass miss ice (avoid hitting each toehrs puck) once recieved they heads up around the cones and pass to next line they bust to the boards to stop and look for a breakout play and recive a pass back Again, Timing is KEY! once received puck player begins head back up ice and looks for a neutral zone pass to oppostie player who should be timed with them. once recving the pass head down ice for a shot and rebound. oppostie sides start the same route on whistle.
