
Stopping Drill (No Sticks) Kids skate hard to the pylon and fully stop facing up, skate again to the boards and fully stop facing up. Repeat going the other way facing up to use the other skate leg for stopping Pivot Drill (No Sticks) Skate to the first pylon and pivot facing the pylon, repeat this to the next pylon. Skate around the basketball and repeat skating to each pylon doing pivots.
