1 attacker (red) and 1 defender (blue) set themselves up the 11. The attacker to run out, get a ground ball and then go to goal. As soon as the ball is dropped, shot or a turnover is made, that ball is dead and the attacker has to go get a new one. To get other players involved, you can get them to feed in balls instead of a ground ball.
Attackers must use dodges to get past their defender for a safe on goal and react to dead balls. Defenders should watch the hips the attacker to better prevent their shot goal.
