Players take it in turns to run from the sideline to the centre, behind the chair, where they receive the pass from the feeder.
Upon receiving the pass players must feint their way past the chair, dropping a shoulder and pretending to run one way, before pushing off from their outside foot and driving in the other direction.
Once they've got past the chair players should have a shot on goal.
Look for a clear change of pace and direction when practising the feint - even though they're only practising against a static object players should still try to make the movement as realistic as possible.
