S-cut describes the run the attacker makes before recieving the ball

Footwork and Movement

Rebound, Outlet and Squaring:

One player with the ball, facing the backboard. On the command the player rebounds the ball off the backboard and then passes to player 2 before running to the three point line. Once they get there they stop, pivot to face the basket, do a v-cut to the near side and accelerate towards the basket to receive a pass from Player 2. The player that passes the ball goes in for the rebound.

Reverse baseline drop step p1:

The reverse baseline drop step with the reverse lay up onto the other side of the basket.

Concentrate on not bringing the ball down below the shoulders.

When shooting learn to keep the ball up from the chin position. If you move that ball even a centimeter away from that body the defender will be able to knock it away.

V Cut - Towards the ball progression:

Player 1 passes to player 2 who makes a run towards where they have just passed it before making a "V Cut" into the space. All players repeat this process to keep the practice rotating.
