Players work in teams of 4 with 1 ball per team.
Tell the players to number themselves 1 to 4 and they have to pass the ball from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 and then to 1 again and continue.
Do this for a minute so the players can get used to who passes to who. Once they have established the pattern tell the player that after they pass the ball they have to run around one of the outside corner cones before they can come in and receive the ball again.
Players can not run around the same cone as the person who just passed the ball to them.
Players must also avoid always running around the same cone.
