DESCRIPTION

Straight passing and diagonal running. 4 groups of players with two balls (see diagram). O1 with balls pass to the other side and runs diagonally to opposite group and continue.

Pass and Move:

Player starting with the ball has to have an empty cone to one of their sides.

After passing the ball to the player on the next cone they have to run and touch the cone in the middle and run out to the empty cone.

The 2nd player does the same and the exercise should be able to continue round and round.

Two groups of players with one ball and one player between the groups on the side.

Player 1 passes to player 3 and runs straight to receive a pass from player 3. Player 2 then makes a pass to player 3 and makes and runs to receive a pass before passing to player 4.
