Wall Pass Drill | Passing

Wall Pass Drill:

Stand about 10 feet away from the wall, the ball starts off in either hand. You will take a bounce then pass it with one hand off the wall and catch it with your other hand. This will be repeated back and forth.

Pairs Full Court Passing Drill:

Players will pass their way up the court (chest or bounce pass), as shown.

Bouncing Against Wall Double:

  • Stand close towards the wall with a ball in each hand.
  • Bounce the balls simultainously against the wall.
  • How many times you can do it without stopping?
