DESCRIPTION

Players set up as shown in the diagram.

The player who makes the first pass, will run around the outside of the circle and back to their original spot.

The rest of the players in the circle will pass the ball around.

If the person running gets around the circle and back to their original spot before the ball gets there they are the winners.

Pass and switch:

Two groups of players, each group with one ball. Two players are standing opposite the groups at the distance approx. 4 metres. O1 and O2 pass to opposite players and goes to opposite group and continue.

One of the players starts with the ball

After passing the ball to the player on the next cone they have to run and touch the cone in the middle and return to their cone.

the 2nd player does the same and the exercise should be able to continue round and round.

Pass and follow in a square or box formation.
Progression: Upon hearing coachÃÂs whistle, immediately react and change the direction that the balls are being passed.
