2 players work with 1 basketball. Players must catch and shoot on the move.
Once a player has shot they should catch their own rebound and pass to the other players.
Once the player has passed the ball, they should make a run/cut and then get ready to shoot the ball.

Players should shoot almost immediately after receiving the ball. This is a high intensity drill.
Challenge players to keep count during a 1 minute period:
