Players join with another group of 3. One group plays passive defence to start off with. As the attacking team improves they the defending team progressively become more active.
One attacking player sets up near sideline with the ball. 2 defenders set up in line to defend players. Other attacking player sets a screen on first defender. This opens the player up for a pass and a shot or clears the way for a lay up.
Player 1 passes the ball to player 2 before running forwards to make a screen on them. Player 2 proceeds to dribble around player 1 before going for a jump shot. Players then rotate (player 1 becomes player 2 and player joins the back of the line).
Players stand in three lines, the players nearest the half-way line start with the ball in hand. The blue players starts the drill by making the pass to the white players, and then sets the screen for the red player. The red player then cuts off the top of the screen towards the ball. Meanwhile the blue player will reverse pivot and roll towards the basket. The White players can choose to pass to either the red or blue player to have the shot.
01 passes to 04 and follows pass to join back of line. 04 will do the same, pass to 02 etc. Chest or bounce pass can be used.
Split into 2 lines and have a line on either side of the court. One player in the middle with a basketball. The player in the middle will pass to the 1st player in one of the lines. After the pass is made that player will go and defender the receiver of the pass. They will play 1v1. Only 1 shot is allowed. Once a shot has been taken the ball will be passed to the opposite line where the offensive player will become the defender.

What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
