This is a fun drill for the festive period but it works on agility, speed, reactions and finishing under pressure.
Both players stand behind the red cone, they must run to and touch the green cone, then run to and touch the orange cone before racing to the ball and shooting. A point is given to the team that scores first. No point if they miss the target!!!
Second variation is to run to the orange then yellow cone then shoot.
Third variation is to get the players to set off and then the coach to shout out orange or yellow for the players to run to!!
