Play across half a pitch. Each team must have 3 defenders and two centre forwards.
Players must follow their own passes forward, with the intention of overlapping to receive the return pass.
Look for lots of attacking movement in this game - players should aim to be vocal as possible, calling for the return pass when they think they're in a good attacking position.
After playing in this way for 10 minutes you can remove the overlapping condition.
You would hope to see your players still attacking positively despite the overlap rules no longer applying.
