Set up two cones about 2-3 metres apart. Players work individually with a ball each.
Players must face forward at all times while moving the ball from cone to cone, dragging the ball with the sole of their foot.
Repeat this 3 times (back and forth).
Ensure players are using both feet. Once they have the hang of it challenge them to use their weaker foot for both directions (going left and right).
