The players makes horizontal movement from one cone to the other performing toe taps from side to side.
Look for good contact with the toes, moving the ball in a sideways fashion and ensuring alternation of feet.
Player(s) should avoid too much heel contact with the ground.
You can maniplulate the distance between the two cones accordingly.
