In this game players run inside the area and attempt to avoid being caught by the taggers.
Players are safe from being tagged if they are sitting on the floor, with their feet off the ground.
Players are only allowed to stay on the floor for 3 seconds, then they have to get up and run away again.
Tag men are not allowed to wait for the player during these 3 seconds.
By getting players to raise their feet off the floor this should make it harder for players to be caught as simply dropping onto their bums is not enough to avoid being caught.
Variations:
Once caught players either sit out or they become a catcher themselves.
