Handball: Pushing - pulling each other

This is the best handball site I have visited.

DESCRIPTION

Pairs who hold a ball in their hands together. Place hands at the sides of the ball, not around it.
-Try to pull the other player over the line.
-Try to pull other player to the sideline of the court

COACHING POINTS

No explosive pulling, just hold the ball and pull.
Do not go of the ball on purpose!!

bumper cars:

Very tiny area.
Players bump into eachother with arms folded in front of them, against their bodies.
Begin carefully and increase speed.
Don't hurt eachother !

- hopping on both legs
- hopping on one leg
- try to get the others out of the area. Which bumper car is strongest ?

Pairs, 1 ball : hold the ball together, A pushes B to the other side, both holding the ball.

Rob the treasure:

One player holds the treasure (the ball) while the robber tries to get it from them.

Sumo strength:

Cone off a small square area with all between 4-8 players inside it.

In a Sumo style players, using only the side of your body, hands and arms, players must try to push and pull the other players out of the square.

See who the last player is inside the square.
