DESCRIPTION

Attackers try to put the ball on the mat opposite.
- only passing
- no dribbling
- no running

Variations :
- when having scored a point, the attacking team keeps the ball and may go to the other mat to score another point.
- dribbling is allowed
- rugby rules

Mini handball:

Two teams, each with goalkeepers, play across a half-court sized pitch.

Play with normal rules.

supporting team mates/ blocking attackers

steal the ball:

Within a small playing area players pass around the ball.
Other(s) try to steal the ball.
When stolen you may change places with the player who made the wrong pass.

When training passing : use fewer defenders.
When training intercepting : use more defenders.

variations in passing :
- pass with center shot
- pass with jump shot
- passing with bounce pass
- passing with a pushpass
- dribble 1/2/3x before passing
- first touch your defender before passing

supporting team mates/ blocking attackers

ten ball:

Two teams one ball.
Team should try to pass around for 10 times without the ball being touched by oponents and bounce it on the floor.
When bounced or touched : start over again counting.
