DESCRIPTION

Attacker 1 dribbles towards the goal and passes the ball to attacker 2 only if defender 2 comes towards him.

COACHING POINTS

1. defender 2 always comes to attacker 1.
2. defender 2 only helps if defender 1 cannot deal with attacker 1.

OFTEN USED WITH...

2:1 defense:

Attacker1 starts dribbling towards the goal. If defender 1 cannot cope with the situations, defender 2 helps out.

2:1 duels:

Attacker 1 dribbles towards the goal and is defended by defender blue 1 and tries to score a goal, if it is impossible to score goal, attacker 2 may help out.

Once done, they get their balls back and go to the other queue.

3 against 3:

Attacker 2 dribbles towards the goal.
Defender B2 attacks him.
Attacker 2 passes to Attacker 2 in the center who gets attacked by defender 3. Attacker 2 gets past defender 2 receives back the ball from Attacker2 in the center and throws at the goal.

give-and-go:

Attacker 2 dribbles towards the goal and the blue defender runs out to pressure him.

The attacker then plays the pass around the defender to their partner in the center, before then making a speedy movement to get past defender 2.

The attacker then receives the return pass and throws at the goal.
