Variations in passing to use in this game:
- pass with center shot
- pass with jump shot
- passing with bounce pass
- passing with a push pass
- dribble 1/2/3 times before passing
- first touch your defender before passing
Catching
- Reach for the ball, palms open
- Make a W with your thumbs and index finger
- When caught move the ball towards your body to protect it
Passing
- Put your correct foot in front (left handers right foot, right handers left foot)
- Put the ball onto your hand (do not squeeze into the ball)
- When throwing the ball and hand should pass ear height !
