DESCRIPTION

Two teams.
Aim of the game is to get to 10 successful consecutive passes in a row. The other team tries to get the ball and start their own 10 passes. Every time a ball is touched or conquered by a defender the team start counting from 0 again.

COACHING POINTS

Players have to move around quickly to get into a good position to pass and catch the ball.

Variations:

Try man-to-man defence.
Try bounce passes.
It is not allowed to pass back to the player you got the ball from.

- go forward to the direction of the ball with both hands
- palms of the hands open, forward
- make big W, thumbs almost touching eachother
- catch the ball and move it towards the body (ballprotection)

Players pass the ball to each other with different passing techniques.

A. Standing still
B. Moving forward and backward

Pass and Follow:

This exercise is designed to encourage players to follow their pass.

Passing in a clockwise direction players pass and then follow the ball to the next cone.
