DESCRIPTION

- go forward to the direction of the ball with both hands
- palms of the hands open, forward
- make big W, thumbs almost touching eachother
- catch the ball and move it towards the body (ballprotection)

OFTEN USED WITH...

- bring ball down from catching height to hip height
- fingers pointing down
- thumb behind the ball
- support by pressing ball against wrist if necessary
- move sidewards in front of your body
- move back
- let go of the ball
- point to the direction the ball is going to

push pass:

- catch ball at chest height
- hand behind the ball, fingers pointing upward
- upper body towards the direction in which you want to pass
- strech arm with ball WITHOUT stretching it backwards first - so push it away to your team mate

Speed Switch - Passing from left to right:

Blue 1 starts the exercise by passing from the left wing to blue 2. Blue 2 then passes to blue 3 and so on...

Each player must make a forward move prior to receiving the pass, so that they are running when they catch the ball.

Blue 5 puts all the balls down. When all balls have been played Blue 5 starts the exercise at his side.

B1 starts the exercise.
Run forward until you catch the ball.
B6 puts all the balls down, after all the balls have been played, B6 starts the exercise from his side.
