DESCRIPTION

1 Team 1: A passes to B, A starts for the fast break and receives the pass from B, dribbles towards the goal and makes a goalshot.
2 Team 2: C passes to D, C starts for the fast break and receives the pass from D, dribbles towards the goal and makes a goalshot.

The team that scores 10-15-20-15 goals wins the match

A defender from each team tries to prevent the goalshot.

OFTEN USED WITH...

Hit the dragons tail:

White players must try to hit the last player of the 'dragon' (the four blue players in the middle are the dragon).

Players in the dragon hold each other's hips or shoulders and try to avoid the ball.

In order to hit the back of the dragon the white players must pass the ball quickly around the circle. The ball is not allowed to travel further than one player at a time.

Shooting Range:

On the benches are some basketballs. Both teams must try to knock the basketballs off the benches using their handball throws from behind the line (marked with cones).

The first team to knock off all the ball is the winner (in this image it's blues vs whites).

Double trouble - Back screening:

Blue player 4 throws the ball wide to blue player 3 and receives the return pass. At this point blue player 1 should position themselves on the inside of red player 1 using the back screen.

Blue player 4 advances with the ball towards red player 1 and then runs to the right, making use of blue player 1's screen.

Blue player 4 should then set a back screen in front of red player 2 before passing to blue player, 1 who is now open and unmarked, for them to shoot on goal.
