Attacker wants to get past the defender on the right side to throw at the goal.
Attacker catches the ball when landing on her left foot.
This side-step landing (to the left) makes the defender go with her to the left.
This gives her the oppotunity to make a wide sidestep to the right to get at least next to the defender. Her last step is explosive and straight forward to the goal.
