DESCRIPTION

Players A and B throw their balls towrds the throw off line. They grabb each others ball/ Player B dribbles around the cones and throws at the goal at goalkeeper D. Player A dribbles to to goalkeeper C and throws at the goal there.

Defenders F and G try to prevent the goalshot and steal the ball when attackers are dribbling. They try to force the attackers to the most difficult angel when throwing the ball at the goal.

Defending the throw:

Players line up in pairs facing each other with about 5 metres between them.

The attacking player dribbles towards the defending player. As they approach the defender they should make the move to throw the ball.

It is the defender's job to push the ball away as the attacker goes to throw, using the hand that is closest to the ball.

2 v 1 - Fast Break:

Players stand in four lines along the half way line. A player on both side starts with the ball in hand.

The attackers play give-and-go as they progress up the court and pass around the defender.

The move finished with attacker 1 (the player who started with the ball) throwing at the goal.

Ball War Game:

Two teams with an equal amount of balls stand inside their own area.

On the coach's call the teams start throwing the balls at the other team (below waist height - players are not trying to hurt one another).

When the trainer whistles again the balls are counted. The team that has least balls in their area wins a point.

Castle ball:

The castle (a gymnastics mat or bench) is defended by a goal keeper and his knights (the white team).

The blue attackers try to bomb the castle by throwing the ball at the bench / mat.
