DESCRIPTION

Pass B1-B3 who comes forward and lands in 0-step position, tries to pass along R1 while dribbling.
Same with B1-B2 and R2.

COACHING POINTS

defend the ball when dribbling

- put your hand in between the ball and the opponent's hand when you hear the ball bounce the floor
- attack your opponent from the side he is dribbling the ball

B tries to dribble across the court.
If B succeeds in passing along R2 and R3, B1 helps them.

Defender vs Attacker - 1 vs 1:

On the coach's call players from both sides try to dribble towards the goal as quickly as possible.

At the same time though a defender must try and prevent the attacker from getting a shot off on goal.

B dribbles around the cones.
R tries to snatch the balls.
When he succeeds in this he may go on dribbling.

Dribble Dash:

The blue players must try and dribble their ball from one side of the court to the other without having their ball snatched away by one of the defenders.
