On the coach's call players from both sides try to dribble towards the goal as quickly as possible.
At the same time though a defender must try and prevent the attacker from getting a shot off on goal.
Attackers should aim to get away as quickly as possible and try to defend the ball when dribbling.
Speed is of the essence here - for the defenders and the attackers - it's survival of the quickest!
