Handball: Ball Circulate - With teamwork pressure

Sometimes individual ability isn't enough! Work on improving your side's tactical awareness to grind out those victories!

Develop your players ability to pass and receive on the move to keep attacks flowing, allowing your team to go forward at speed, not allowing the opposition to set.

Players start by standing a few steps away from their cone and the ball is passed clockwise around the square.

Passing players should pass the ball in front of the receiver by aiming at their cone. The receiving player must advance to the cone to receive the pass before then sending the ball onwards

Blue 1 feeds the ball in front of blue 2 who then duels with their opposite number before passing the ball across the pitch to the next attacking player.

The final player lays the ball off to the lone player, once all the balls are with this player the drill restarts in the opposite direction.

Pass B1-B2-B1 who throws at the goal.

- (center shot with pressure into the direction of the goal), threatening to throw at the goal
- (center shot with pressure into the direction of the goal), threatening to throw at the pivot
- jump shot (3,2,1 step rythym, jump off with 'wrong' foot
- push pass
- bounce pass
- with both hands
- use 'wrong' hand

Players stand a few steps behind their cone.

The first player with the ball in hand should step up to their cone and then aim their pass in front of their target recipient (pass to that player's cone).

As the pass is made in front of them players should be ready to move forwards to receive the ball and then pass it to another player as fast as possible (without losing control of the ball).
