The white player starts the drill by pointing to the player they want to tag.
After having pointed the white player then proceeds to try and catch that player.
Meanwhile the other players have to try and prevent the white player from tagging their man by blocking their way towards the person they want to tag.
The art of screening:
Choose the right moment to set your screen. Push yourself off your player to make them unbalanced and only use your body to block your opponent, remembering to stand still when there is body contact with the attacker.
The two screens:
1. Front screen - Make contact with the front part of the body (you cannot be played).
2. Back screen - Team mates can still pass to you, so when screened get loose from defender immediately.
