Two groups of players at the goalline, dribbling around the cones and giving a shot at the goal. One defender at 7 meters who either blocks or tackles the attacker.

Go and collect the ball and go to the other group.

A. Players first jump sidewards over 3 times and then throw at the goal.There is a blocking defender.

B. Players first jump sidewards over 3 times and then pass to the feeder and get past the offensive defender and throw at the goal.

C. Defender changes from defensive to offensive whenever he likes
