The group is divided into two teams. Each team has a goal, and they meet in the middle of the field in a crab position (on hands and feet with the belly facing up). The objective is for the teams to move in this position the entire time and score a goal by getting the ball into the opponent's goal. The ball cannot be touched with the hands. If the ball goes outside the playing area, the referee will throw it back in.
