Handball: Pass on the ball

Setup:

- The children pretend to be small, fast motorcycles.  

- The ball serves as the "handlebar." Players must navigate obstacles while moving through the play area.  

- Actions include:  

- Moving slowly, quickly, sideways, or backward.  

- Changing direction or swapping balls during movement.  

- Overcoming obstacles such as jumping, balancing, or tossing and catching the ball while in motion.  

- Honking (making a noise) if another player gets too close.  

Make it More Challenging: 

- Players can **only walk on the lines** of the sports hall (representing roads).  

- If two players meet on the same line, they must **turn around**.  

- Dribble while following the lines.  

Obstacle Variations:

1. Crossing rivers: 

  - Hoops are placed slightly apart, requiring players to step into them to "cross."  

2. Wide river jumps:**  

  - Hoops placed farther apart; players must jump between them.  

3. Hanging bridge:**  

  - Balance along a thick rope or on benches (using the wide or narrow edge).  

4. Through the forest:**  

  - Cones and poles placed close together; players must avoid touching other players or obstacles.  

5. Crawling under a tunnel:**  

  - Create tunnels using benches covered with gym mats; players must crawl or slide underneath.

Players stand in a circle, each holding a ball. One player decides what to do with the ball, such as bouncing, throwing it up, juggling, or kicking it up with their foot. Then another player gets to come up with a new task.

An obstacle course is set up with various equipment. Two teams are then formed. Team A attempts to complete the course as many times as possible within a set time, while Team B tries to hit Team A’s players with soft balls. If a player from Team A is hit, they must immediately leave the course and go to the back of the line. Each player who completes the course without being hit scores a point for their team.

Team B is only allowed to throw from behind a barrier (e.g., a bench).

Some players from Team B are positioned at the other end of the course to throw the balls back.

To make it more challenging:

Variations:

• The course can be modified, for example, by adding cupboards or other objects where players can take cover.
• The course can be set up in the middle of the room, with players from both sides attempting to hit opponents.

Two teams compete. Two zones, three meters from the goal, are marked with soft mats (ensure they don't slip) and are exclusively reserved for the "king." A soft ball is used.

The game can be played with or without dribbling. Only the king, standing on the mat or in the marked zone, is allowed to shoot at the opposing team's goal. Any team member can become the king. Strategically, the player closest to the opponent's goal can move to the mat to assume the king's role. However, there can never be two kings on the mat at the same time.

Defensive players can use as many players as they wish to guard the goal. After a goal is scored, the game continues without interruption. Only the king may step onto the mat, and only without the ball. The team with the most points wins. Penalties for fouls include running laps or creating situations of numerical advantage or disadvantage.

To make it more challenging:

• The king can only receive the ball via a bounce pass.
• A point is scored when the king catches the ball on an inverted long bench without falling off.
• Two kings can be played simultaneously.
