Hockey is no longer played on the floor but in a 3D space.
That's why we recommend you share this reverse stick lift plan with your players, to give them some structured 3D skills to practice. It's free to view!
What's in the Session?
In this free plan, we include some simple exercises players can incorporate into their individual training. These exercises require limited equipment and will help players to begin improving their stick work and game skills for the start of the season.
Be sure to share these exercises with your players and also encourage them to work on their stickwork, even if it's only a hit around with friends in the park!
