This mini hockey-fitness session covers all the bases, from warm up to cool down, and can easily be incorporated into your weekly training session or coached in its own right.

In this tiring session we work on your players' Speed Endurance and their Cardiovascular Endurance- designed to get your players in peak physical condition for the start of the season!
