With the season fast approaching, pre-season training should be top of your agenda. Whilst stick and ball training sessions need to be begun, so do separate fitness sessions to improve cardiovascular and muscular fitness.

The aim of the pre-season training is to build up your aerobic endurance - improving your fitness level. Match fitness will only come with matchplay.
