What's in the Session?
Through a series of simple drills this session guides your players through the key points of these two important skills, ensuring every player gets plenty of practice time to make sure they're active and learning throughout!

Although this session is geared towards younger players, you can easily adapt these drills for more experienced players by integrating some of the more intricate aspects of these skill. For instance you could try and get all 8 players to practice their scrums, review key points about offside lines and focus on throwing accuracy to try and avoid having the lineout taken again!
