When you're watching TV and your partner's constantly changing channels it can be pretty annoying but in rugby it's an essential part of the game.
This session helps your players to understand where to attack and why by focusing on spatial awareness and scanning ahead to find the right channel for the offensive charge!
To get your players looking up, supporting one another and communicating from the off we start with two conditioned games. Now that your players' hands are ready it's time to focus on using footwork, speed and 'proper' passing (not over-head or one-handed) to attack the empty space.
Try this session today to get your players using the full width of the pitch ( if you like this session to be sure to tell your fellow coaches via the share links).
Why use this session?
This session is ideal for teams who need to get their heads up and improve their spatial awareness. After coaching players will understand the difference between attacking space and preserving space.
