Skills Focus: Ball Handling, Timing, Creating Space, Attacking Awareness Overview: Three vs three. The attacker follows their initial pass and loops around the middle man. Skills Focus: Tackling, Defensive Realignment, Contact Conditioning Overview: Continuous defensive drill. Collecting & Catching Difficult Balls
Skills Focus: Ball Handling, Reactions, Regathering Possession, Offloading Overview: The player feeds two players who are holding balls.
