DESCRIPTION

Player 1 and Player 2 start facing the same direction, into the space where the disc will be thrown
Player 2 has the disc
Player 2 turns and throws to Player 1.
Player 2 then runs across in front of Player 1, who throws into space for Player 2 to catch
Aim to throw into the space in front of Player 2
Don’t throw too hard; this is easier to execute if thrown softly

Frisbee Tag:

Select around 10% of the players to be "taggers". The rest evade them.
The evaders are given 3 frisbees to carry between them
When players are tagged, they must stand still with their arms out to their sides
Players can be freed by catching a disc (if they don't have one), or by completing a pass (if they do have a disc)

Throwing Skills

Throwing Skills

Volley Disc:

Create a playing area which has two large areas for each team and a central out-of-bounds area; each team stays in their side.
Teams are allowed up to 3 passes between themselves, then must throw the disc into the other area.
If the disc is not caught and lands inside the receiving teamâs area, award 1pt to the throwing team.

Throwing Skills

Gut Pass:

Players form two queues facing each other
Two discs per queue
Players take it in turns to run from the front of their queue towards the other; the next person in the opposite queue throws the disc towards them
The objective is to catch while running, rather than slowing down
After throwing the first disc, the player runs towards the other queue to catch the second disc
After catching, the player hands the first disc to the person now stood at the front of the queue and joins the back of that queue
